Indo Livestock 2021 Expo & Forum – The 15th Indonesia's No.1 International Livestock, Feed, Dairy, Agriculture, Equipment for Veterinarian, and Fisheries Industry event is making its way to the Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta - Indonesia from 23 - 25 June 2021. Capitalizing on the growing industry, Indonesia’s economy is projected to grow impressively.

Indonesia is the largest country in Southeast Asia, with a labour force of 265 million people, about 70% of the population are involved in the Livestock, Feed and Fisheries industry.The population of broiler chickens during the 2013-2017 period is predicted to increase by 3.28% per year on average and in the next five years it is predicted to increase by an average of 5.54%. While the production of broiler eggs for five years (2018-2021) is predicted to increase by an average of 4.87% / year while the average consumption will increase by 4.18% / year.

What Stakeholders and Exhibitors say?

This exhibition like Indo Livestock is very important to introduce the production technology and quality of our livestock production. It becomes a necessary that we convey to international world. The participation of exhibitors from abroad who brought technological advances, also became new knowledge for livestock stakeholders in Indonesia.

I think the existence of Indo Livestock is how to improve the production and quality of our farmings that previously used conventional systems now convert to using technology. So, there will be an efficiency of production then our products can compete with other countries.

I think it’s a good event, since the previous editionto the latest edition Indo Livestock always experiencing good progress especially the number of participants is increasing both from domestic and overseas.

So, I think, Indo Livestock is quite well known as internationally, this can be seen also from the number of visitors who attended the Indo Livestock also increased. Hopefully, in the future it will become wider to all regions in Indonesia, as we know that the exhibition only held in Jakarta and Surabaya. Also, in next edition, Indo Livestock could more attract visitor from all regions in Indonesia then the visitor can get useful information related to technical, health, and livestock production.

Indo Livestock is an exhibition that facilitates companies to show their technology, it helps farmers with many benefits. We take some examples, there are displayed a closed house or facilities for chicken coops. Then, for processing products such as egg graders. In the past people considered what they were used for, but today many people are using it.

So, I think this is useful for the development of technology and management of chicken maintenance in Indonesia, for example in broiler, layer, and its product processing.

I have been following up this event since from the first edition which was held in Bali. The event is rapidly growing up, it is also good for the development of the livestock industry in Indonesia. Actually, this kind of exhibition is the right place for domestic industry to be able to perform, but this year seems that more industries from overseas are performing.

However, Indo Livestock becomes a good venue for a surrounding community in a particular, and Indonesia in general to see the extent development of livestock technology and the services it provides.

Indo Livestock shows us the development of the livestock industry both from private companies and from research institutes. Additionally, we can also exchange knowledge; there are also seminars that we can learn instantly related to livestock.
Direct interaction in the seminar can be done by asking both inside the seminar forum and outside the seminar for depth discussion.

I think Indo Livestock is the right moment to open a network that suitable for our profession. As I am a nutritionist, I meet many fellow field colleagues and hopefully Indo Livestock can be annually organized.

My expectation in participating Indo Livestock exhibition to see the variety of livestock display products, in a particular I want to explore about the newest technology in faname shrimp. Most people have basic knowledge and have no experience how to cultivate the faname shrimp, such as how to make the breed growing up. In addition, we hope to introduce a sustainable aquaculture system as well.

Indo Livestock is an excellent exhibition, it promotes industrial products in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary.

So, I think the students also need to visit this exhibition to learn more how development of industry that they will meet in the future. The Universities actually need to participate in this exhibition to support developments in the scientific field. Research products may also have new innovations. It may also be necessary to introduce to the private sector the results of the innovation from universities and other educational institutions.

There are several goals that Farmsco wanted to achieve while participating in the largest livestock exhibition in Indonesia. The first goal is how to introduce Farmsco to the widest extent known by poultry stakeholders. “Farmsco is a new company in Indonesia”. Therefore, we would continuously try to introduce this company to everyone.

More than that, the second goal is to show the public that Farmsco has used advanced technology in producing animal feed. Farmsco's long experience in South Korea is a distinct advantage that the feed produced by the company is the highest quality feed. “Harim Group” which is the holding company of Farmsco is the number one company in the field of animal husbandry in South Korea. Harim has a lot of technology, and we would like to apply it in Indonesia.

There is always a pretty good and aggressive increase in organizing this exhibition. Hopefully, in the future this exhibition can be a reference for global exhibitions, not only in Indonesia and can be international agenda. Indonesia has more than 250 million population, it made Indonesia became a very potential market.

I hope this exhibition will be commensurate with the livestock exhibitions in the world. We will be proud because we already have a global event.

We are pleased to meet and keep in touch with all stakeholders, as well as our customers. Here we want to introduce something new from us. At the beginning of next year, if it goes well, a new vaccine will be launched which is more or less a revolution on how to vaccinate chickens. When talking about the poultry industry, every single year, it always changes. This is what makes Ceva always trying to create new things to keep abreast of the fast-growing poultry industry.

This event is good opportunity for us to intensify cooperation with the customers. We want a closer communication so that all the problems can be resolved. We focus on helping farmers to achieve success. The relationship between company and the customers is timeless. Customers have been considered as partners in achieving mutual success. Therefore, supporting the customers is a fundamental matter that is constantly maintained.

This event as a moment to share information about developments in the livestock industry, regarding technology. Interaction with all the livestock, and animal health industry in Indonesia who came from various regions. This year, Zoetis focuses on the technology automation in the hatchery, remembering that it has entered the industrial era 4.0, which means that automation has occurred in various sectors. Zoetis has been widely recognized as a company that contributes a lot in meeting the needs of animal health with its various medicinal products. In its journey, Zoetis continues to grow until now Zoetis expands its product range.

Our participation in the Indo Livestock 2018 as a part of our goal to meet, talk and to discuss with customers and business partners. At this edition, PT. Medion carried the herbal theme on the booth ambiance. Shades of green dominate each corner with a leaf-shaped roof, in line with the herbal concept they are offering. The decision to take the theme together with the government policy related to the prohibition of AGP which was implemented this year.

This is the right time to introduce our herbal products as a substitute for AGP, and coincidentally, we have also been researching herbs for a long time, 15 products have been produced and plans for five new products will be added.
